Mr. Salim Ali Khamis Al Shidi

Mr. Salim Ali Khamis Al Shidi brings over 28 years of distinguished service with the Royal Air Force of Oman, specialising in aircraft electronics, simulation engineering, and large-scale project coordination. Holding an Aerospace MBA from TBS, France, he has delivered high-profile aviation programmes, including full-flight simulators, and offers expertise in technical project management, vendor coordination, safety leadership, and operational planning.

Ms. Najah Al Afifi

Najah Al Afifi leads the human resources function across the group, owning recruitment, employee relations, and the systems that keep the workforce running. A Business Management graduate, she pairs administrative rigour with a people-centred approach that sustains a stable, engaged team. She brings direct experience from the Muscat International Airport project, where she coordinated workforce deployment across multiple teams and strengthened operational efficiency under demanding delivery conditions.

Ms. Manal Al Azri

Manal Al Azri anchors the company’s legal and project coordination functions, safeguarding contractual integrity across the group’s commercial activity. An LLB graduate of the University of Westminster with practical grounding from internships at leading Omani law firms, she brings an international legal education to the local operating environment. She administers documentation with exacting diligence and drives coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
