Novel Muscat actively identifies and invests in transformative IT ventures. The company focuses on digital infrastructure that enhances trade, logistics, and regulatory efficiency — sectors critical to Oman’s economic modernization agenda.
Novel Muscat’s mining division is focused on responsible resource exploration and extraction in Oman, one of the region’s most mineral-rich territories. The division operates under long-term mineral agreements with Government of Oman. The land is strategically located near Duqm Port.
Novel Muscat International LLC is developing a solar salt production project in Bantoot, near Duqm, leveraging Oman’s exceptional solar conditions and coastal geography. The project is planned across a total area of approximately 30 sq. km, with the first development phase covering 5 sq. km.
Novel Muscat’s real estate vertical encompasses premium development projects that align tourism, hospitality, and residential investment — leveraging Oman as an increasingly attractive destination for global investors and visitors.
The Inorganic Industry Complex is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to the production of critical industrial materials. This vertical represents Novel Muscat’s flagship industrial investment and serves both domestic and export markets.
