The National Port Community System (NPCS) is a nationwide digital single-window platform developed under the strategic guidance of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT). Serving as the digital backbone of Oman’s logistics sector, NPCS unifies the country’s ports, airports, dry ports, land borders, free zones, and rail networks into a single, intelligent, multimodal logistics ecosystem.
